1. Acceptance
By accessing or using DraftTap (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
2. The Service
DraftTap uses artificial intelligence to draft social media posts and images, sends them to you for review, and publishes approved posts to connected social accounts on your behalf.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing every post before approval. Approved content is published as your own. You must have the rights to any photos you upload and must comply with each social network's rules.
4. AI-generated content
AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. DraftTap does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. Do not approve content you have not checked.
5. Connected accounts
You authorize DraftTap and its publishing partners to post to the social accounts you connect. You can disconnect accounts at any time. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes by social networks.
6. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DraftTap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
